Our gymnastics class for primary students is a fun, beginner-friendly program designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a safe, supportive environment. Students will learn fundamental gymnastic skills, with training covering Levels 1 to 2 of the Badges Award Scheme under the Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong (GAHK). Through exciting activities like tumbling, balance beam, and basic vaults, participants develop skills that prepare them for the school gymnastics team. Engaging drills and games foster confidence, teamwork, and discipline. No experience needed—just enthusiasm and a desire to grow.
