Refund Policy
We do not offer any refund or return service.
The LUAC Online Store operates as an educational initiative focused on entrepreneurial learning, not profit generation, under the guidance of ELCHK Lutheran Academy. To maintain operational simplicity and align with this mission, the following policies apply:
No Refunds: Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued for purchased products, including cases of order cancellation, stock unavailability, or customer preference changes. All sales are final upon payment.
No Returns: Products cannot be returned for any reason, including personal dissatisfaction or minor imperfections.
Order Review: Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, pricing, and their selections carefully before completing a purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement
A product is considered defective if it exhibits significant manufacturing errors that prevent its intended use.
Minor imperfections are deemed acceptable under quality control standards and do not qualify for replacement.
Replacement Process
Customers must report defective products within 24 hours of receipt or at the point of collection. Late requests will not be accepted.
Reports must include photographic evidence and a description of the defect, submitted via email to businesstitans@student.luac.edu.hk.
The LUAC Online Store will assist throughout the replacement process, offering the following options:
Exchange at Store: Bring the item and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) to the designated in-school pickup location for exchange.
Exchange via SF Express: Arrange to ship the item back to the LUAC Online Store office using SF Express. Include proof of purchase inside the package. The Store will bear delivery costs for both ways, within the $500 miscellaneous budget.

The Store will perform a final inspection to ensure the item is in resalable condition before processing the replacement. If it does not pass inspection, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
Conditions
Replacement products must be unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale. Damaged or altered items will not qualify.
Non-Replaceable Conditions
Replacement will not be offered if:
The product has been damaged due to improper use .
Damage results from external factors or exceeds the product’s intended lifespan.
The product is soiled or lacks original packaging.
The item was not purchased from the LUAC Online Store.
Disclaimer
The LUAC Online Store retains the final decision-making authority regarding defect eligibility and replacement arrangements.
